1. 1. Do you carry hair on hand?
- No, we are an Online Based Business Only. We offer drop shipping, this means when an order is placed, we immediately order from our vendor.
2. Will you have hair on hand for the future?
- Yes, as we continue to grow we will. When we do have hair on hand, we post it on our social media for everyone to purchase. When we do this, the hair sells pretty fast.
3. What is the processing time frame?
- Processing is 3 Business Days, this does not include holidays or weekends. Please understand during sales orders increase, therefore processing can be extended.
4. What is the Pick Up Policy?
- Please allow 3 Business Days for processing. Once your order is done processing, we'll send out an email via our website when your order is ready. Once you receive this email, please schedule your appointment for pick up. Once we have confirmed your pick up appointment, please arrive on time. Any late or the need to reschedule, there is a $10 inconvenience fee to retrieve your order.
5. How long is shipping?
- After processing, please allow up to 7 business days including Saturday to receive your order. The time frame depends on your state/location when your order arrives.
6. When will I receive my tracking number?
- Once your order ships, please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be uploaded. You will receive your tracking number via Paypal and our website. We, Crown Glory Extensions, are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for concerns or issue.
7. What payment processing center do you use?
- We use PayPal on our website. If you do not have a Paypal account, there is an option when checking out that allow you to use your credit card. Paypal will select which purchases they want tot place on hold. This means Paypal will place a hold on your funds for 7 Days. Crown Glory Extensions, will not have access to these funds until the hold clears. When this happens, you will be contacted via email of this. During an ONLY during this time, we offer an option for a refund if you cannot wait for this process.
8. Do you offer other payment methods? We only accept cash or zelle for wholesale orders.
9. What is your refund, exchange and return policy?
- We do not offer any refunds. Due to COVID there is no exchange or return policy.
